We have 2 call centers:
- A fully computerized (CONVERSO CATI solution) call center in Villeurbanne, France with 50 workstations offering remote monitoring.
- A call center in Casablanca, Morocco that is also fully computerized (CONVERSO CATI solution) with 50 workstations offering remote monitoring.
Each survey is piloted by a dedicated supervisor that is a permanent member of ENOV Fieldwork. Supervisors coordinate a maximum of 10 telepollsters in order to meet the highest quality standards.
Our procedures:
We have put into place very strict recruitment procedures to guarantee optimal quality for gathering information.
In Morocco, the procedure is more specific since all of the telepollsters are recruited with full-time contracts and benefit from regular training on the culture and consumption habits in France. A French language comprehension test is systematically administered prior to each recruitment.
